Swedish Massage
This is the classic western massage modality used in spa settings. Flowing, kneading & gliding stokes are utilized with light to medium pressure. Benefits include: deep relaxation, increased circulation, reduced muscle tension & stress relief. Prices start at $210.

*Please note this is relaxation massage, not "Deep Tissue" massage.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A light massage modality that stimulates the lymphatic system, enhancing the body's natural ability to detoxify & heal. It may help boost immune function, lessen edema, speed post-surgical recovery, as well as help in the management of *lymphedema. Prices start at $250.
*Please note that lymphedema must initially be treated with Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) before seeking out a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) for manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). I am a CMLDT with advanced training in the Vodder technique (the gold standard in MLD) & I see clients for ongoing prevention of lymphedema flare-ups. If you are in need of CDT, please see a CLT before scheduling with me. If you need help finding a CLT, contact me & I will do my best to assist.
Oncology Massage
A modified massage approach, utilizing light pressure & slow strokes while navigating the special health concerns of clients currently undergoing cancer treatment, as well as clients with a history* of cancer treatment. May enhance relaxation & sleep, while also reducing symptoms of nausea & pain. Other benefits may include an enhanced sense of well-being & uplifted mood. Prices start at $210.
*Oncology Massage is appropriate for those who have endured cancer & subsequent treatments (past or present.) It is important to see a qualified massage therapist with advanced & reputable training in oncology massage. I received my initial training in oncology massage from MD Anderson & regularly attend continuing education classes, keeping my skills up-to-date to better serve my clients.
Palliative & Hospice Massage
Slow, gentle massage techniques focused on stress relief, quality of life & comfort. Palliative massage is for clients facing life-limiting diagnosis. The sessions are usually performed where the client is most comfortable (recliner, couch, bed, wheelchair, hospital bed, etc) & are received in the client's home, hospital or care facility. The focus of Palliative & Hospice massage is quality of life. Comfort & emotional well-being are the ultimate goals. Other benefits may include: relaxation, pain relief, reduction in anxiety & depression. Price for 1 hr session is $210.
Palliative/End-of-Life Doula Services
A Palliative Doula (otherwise known as an End-of-Life Doula) provides non-medical support for clients undergoing palliative care or hospice services. This support is valuable to both the client & their caregiver. It compliments other palliative care services like hospice, but does not replace them. Think of it as additional support. Services may include: visits, phone calls, respite care sessions, light household chores, legacy projects, support accessing community resources & more. A discovery session is not a commitment to services. It is simply an in-home visit to explain Palliative Doula services, costs, etc, while answering any questions you may have. There is no charge for the initial "Discovery Visit".
